Open mindset to the job. Regardless of age or experience your views are listened to and acted upon. Couldn't have asked for a better team and CEO to work under to help me learn new skills to take with me in the future. Plenty of opportunity if you are looking to grow yourself and skill set.

I have joined OFIXU in 2014, and thoroughly enjoyed my time since then. Always flexible and understanding around hours and good team ethic. A growing company where everyone knows everyone with good sense of community.
