Pros

Good energy to begin with. Lots of team building at the start.

Cons

Political. At the time they combined performance pay and tasks, which ran counter to team building attempts. High pressure to do long hours to begin with, with often no commensurate compensation for uncertainly valued tasks.

Too many restructures and product cancellations, caused by a lack of direction and management, made a lot of great devs leave. Contractors were forced to work holidays
