Nucamp has a hands off approach when it comes to how tutors handle class, which is very fun, they give you some general course information to go over, but you can add pertinent information and resources you find useful. As long as you maintain a certain review score from students, everyone is happy. It has been one of the best jobs I have ever worked and plan to stay there for a long time.
