Pros
-Very friendly and relaxed company culture -Very close knit workforce -Regular social events -Very stable, not much chance of being fired or laid off unless you really screw up -Company is young and growing, so there's an opportunity to grow with the company
Cons
-Pay is on the low side -HR department can be lazy, and the office is often messy and poorly organized -Lots of lifers so opportunities for advancement can be limited -Management is sometimes unclear about the vision for the company and many decisions seem illogical
