      Great opportunities to learn new skills Most coworkers were very friendly and willing to mentor junior employees Management aspired to be transparent on company policies, but often made things more complicated in the process

      Cons

      Company objectives seemed arbitrary and changed priority frequently Communication was inconsistent Contracted employees did the same work as "hired-on" employees without receiving company benefits One manager creates a toxic work environment with favoritism, public humiliation, and poor leadership qualities.
