      After successful rounds of interviews, suddenly disappeared.

      The persons CIO and Founder with whom I interacted with, felt like knowledgeable persons.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism when it comes to hiring, no feedback, no communication. Looks like they are not sure what type of talent they want to hire. The setup in bangalore is very new and looks like the vision is still blur about how they want to develop bangalore center. Due to that they are calling lot of candidates but no decision making happeing.

      Fresher can get job esily...you can start with this company....but growth is limited ...ok if you want to start...overall ok types

      Limited growth and appreciation.....salary factor is also vry problematic....nothing is in process you have to jugle alot to gt your done from other teams
