- The Leadership team has clarity on the mission at hand - Company culture is very open , warm and fun - The organization is very agile and responsive - Great growth opportunities - started as a consultant , moved over to sales and have seen great growth Since. - Outlook for the company looks very promising

Cons

- Remote work has been challenging as construction tech deployment requires field presence which has not been so possible in certain countries due to the Virus.
