Pros

Nothing to say good about this company. They cheat you by showing this company ranks in Economic Times list of best place to work. It's not at all true. This is the worst place to work in.

Cons

This company is full of toxic managers and colleagues. They are making this company a hell to work. Even if we complaint about them to higher officials they safeguard them and put the blame on us. The salary provided here and career growth is too low here. Promotion and hike will be given only once in a year. (i.e., in April month) and the hike given here is too low. They treat you like school students , they monitor each and every activity of you. They force you to work over time. To much of politics is happening. Only those who are pleasing the managers will get good appraisal , others will get poor appraisal. Salary given here is too low when compared to other IT companies. Number of casual leaves and sick leaves are reduced to 6 per year. Number of public holiday also 10 per year which is too less. The technologies use here is old and outdated. You will get into stress , depression , anxiety when you work in this company and you can't sleep well. So I recommend you not to join in this company. On the whole , this a worst place to work in.

Pros

Only one or two mangers are supportive

Cons

My experience at Novac Technologies over two years was extremely distressing, especially as a female employee. I feel obligated to share my journey so future employees — and leadership — understand the reality behind the scenes. Poor management practices: I was repeatedly assigned tasks without proper timelines or discussion. When I was hospitalized with a serious illness, I kept my manager informed with medical proof, yet this was later used against me to delay my confirmation — while all my peers were confirmed on time. Harsh and unprofessional feedback: During a one-on-one session, my manager made deeply discouraging remarks, blaming me for being "slow" and unresponsive during my medical leave. The conversation was emotionally harsh, and I was reduced to tears. Other colleagues witnessed this and confided that they had faced similar treatment from the same individual. Retaliation after raising concerns: When I approached HR for help, I was told to raise issues only through functional heads. After doing so, false allegations were made against me, and I was unfairly targeted. My request for a team change was eventually granted — but not for long. Hostile team environment: In a later project, led by another senior manager, I witnessed discriminatory and micro-managing behavior. Strict rules on breaks, leave policies that ignored emergencies, and a general lack of empathy created a stifling atmosphere. Female team members, in particular, felt uncomfortable. Work-life imbalance: Despite working late nights, commuting without cab facilities, and consistently delivering high workloads, there was no proper recognition. Promises of appreciation never translated into formal acknowledgement or growth opportunities. Verbal threats during exit: The most traumatic moment came during my resignation period. I was unexpectedly called into a meeting where my vertical head used threatening and degrading language in front of my managers. I was told my career would be “black-marked,” and that my service and experience letters would be withheld. The experience left me in tears in front of my entire floor. He also added, that even if I complaint to anybody, any superiors I can't do anything, and he is powerful. When I raised this with HR, I faced further indifference and hostility.
