Databricks consultancy with little technical capability. Lots of inherited hierarchy you have to navigate from a previous consulting company. Coming in from outside you find people just work together on stuff informally. Founder exited his previous company and here he outsources a lot of things to client facing people with little experience who get in over their heads and make unrealistic promises to clients. When you start there the HR lady tells you your role is contingent on future business. Would have liked to know that in the interview lol. Its just a very small consulting business without a lot of resources and lots of fragility and risk if you sign on for this ride.
