I have been working at NOTUS SOFT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. All of which makes this is an amazing environment for someone who wants to create, learn, and innovate.
Cons
A big part of the company culture is centered on open and honest communication. Senior management works very hard to keep politics out of the culture, and we are taught to "talk _to_ people, not about them", to "listen with intense curiosity", to "tell others how they impact you".

Can learn lot of stuff and handle different roles and responsibilities. If you are ready to spend more time, you are always welcomed with different learning and hands on experience
Cons
Since it is not a big company, you cannot expect high package and cab facilities.
