      Pay wasn't bad when he paid me

      Cons

      Asked me to pay for all expenses so that I could "train" for the position. Gave me a full time remote design position then only gave me 16 hours of work over three weeks. Refused to contact me for over 18 days straight. Then when I asked what was going on he accused me of living in a fantasy world asked if I had mental disabilities then hung up the phone.

      Pros

      I got to work with one of my friends so that was nice.

      Cons

      This place is a revolving door instead of training designers and treating them fairly they will just fire you at any little mistake or if a projects takes you too long. No ability to move up in the company. Pay isn’t enough to be approved for rent in the town you have to live over an hour away.

      -Willing to train new people on how to use new programs -Paid overtime -Looks good on resume and for experience

      Cons

      -Quick to hire, quick to fire. -Management will hire more people, making it difficult to train and keep team project work consistent -Management plays favorites and it's very obvious -Management expects you to volunteer your Saturdays or stay after hours for quick deadline projects -Jobs are placed in bins for everyone to choose their jobs, making it very easy for people to take simple projects -Dealing with demands from the inventor or the inventor's legal team with quick turnaround
