      Challenging place to work where there was absolutely no training program or process to get new employees up to speed.

      Pros

      They manufacture a very good product that is attractive, reliable and fills a gap for renewable energy in many locations in and out of the US.

      Cons

      Management a bit out of touch with day to day employees. Seemed more concerned about the cars they drive and the vacations they take instead of figuring out how to solve problems. Micro management from top management into the day to day operations. No real leadership taking place. Management only looks after themselves. Reminds me of high school mentality.
