I applied online. I interviewed at Northern Power Systems (Glasgow, Scotland) in Jan 2015
Interview
Face to face interview with regional manager then a Skype with global services. Fairly relaxed and informal with some low thrown balls. Friendly team and good relaxed work ethic but with expectation to work hard where required.

Interview
I was contacted by the HR Director to arrange an interview. Met one-on-one with the individual who would be my manager, then invited back a week or so later for a half-day series of interviews with individuals I'd be working closely with. After this round of interviews, the company contacted my references and made an offer.

Interview
Terrible! The COO was very insulting and absolutely no people skills. Had the nerve to pry into my personal life and decisions leading me to put off going back to school for my bachelor's degree until now. Commented on my salary requirements being unreasonable, far-fetched, and unattainable.
