Cons
This is genuinely the worst company I have ever worked for, I have never had to deal with such an incompetent group of head managers in my whole life. You will be paid $21 an hour to work 45 hours a week, there is quite literally no work-life balance and your leave requests will CONSTANTLY be declined. We were made to work 9.5 hour days in level 4 lockdown dispatching online orders in which were extremely unessential (this was pretty much illegal). Head management of this company have very poor communication and you are pretty much expected to know what to do on your own. I am warning anyone who is offered or viewing a position as a floor manager, section manager, menswear or womenswear manager to be extremely cautious, you will be overworked, constantly burnt our and not allowed time off. North Beach has no care for mental health and personal matters outside the workplace as sad as this sounds.
