Pros

Some staff were genuinely friendly.

Cons

- You’re expected to be a cookie-cutter employee with no voice. If you ask questions, show initiative, or express concerns, you risk “rubbing management the wrong way”. - Dave Prior, the regional, handles feedback and staff communication extremely poorly. Concerns he claimed were “ongoing” were never communicated once during my time there. - Termination was handled in a way that felt abrupt, avoidable, and unprofessional. I was taken outside at the end of my shift, sat on the side of a curb with no warning and no option for a support person. - Zero real coaching or development despite being told the role would be supportive and growth-focused. - Expectations are unclear, constantly shifting, and never explained directly to staff. - Leadership culture relies on assumptions instead of communication, and it creates a tense environment where staff feel scared to speak up. - What you’re promised in the interview does not match the reality once you start.

Pros

The store was big so you work with many people at a time, good transportations

Cons

BRUH 1. Bad management. The assistant managers, managers are very young, which can explain there were a lot of chit chat behind your back (nothing good or useful) . This issue happens anyone new

Pros

The perks are good when choosen,

Cons

Just don't do it such a horrible place to work for, no such thing as team there only a few people I worked with I did enjoy, but if you weren't apart of the cool people group you were nothing, boss was horrible most days id go home crying boss also body shamed me for wearing a hood and pants while another team member comes in with her bottom and chest out, I would be picked on by the boss alot until this new girl came in who started getting picked on by the boss poor girl I stood up for her alot, everyone was so two faced, fake it was like highschool all over again. And management would just turn a blind eye to the whole thing, the pay not even worth it, and leave was 99.9% always declined because the manager wanted that day off and hadn't put it in writing yet, unstable longggg hours. For your sanity don't do it.
