      Pros

      Nice location, new office. Everyone tries their best to put on a happy face. Some flexibility with hours. Good place for people in or right out of college to get some experience.

      Cons

      Fake open door policy, only 3-5 people, mostly with acronyms for titles, make the decisions without any input from workers/publishers that it will effect. Also if you haven't worked with them before at other jobs good luck with a decent salary and your input being considered. HR also asks current employees to post "good" reviews here, so beware. Multiple rounds of lay-offs. As stated in a previous review the CPO, now CMO? does more harm then help. I guess changing a letter in your title makes you automatically experienced in that field. General confusion on what the goal of the business is and how to get there.

      Pros

      I had a great boss. Working there was fun for a while. The franchisees are a bit of a handful but they are passionate about what they do and I can appreciate them for it. Benefits were decent.

      Cons

      It all went to hell in 2017 when Eric Loeffel was appointed as the interim CEO. From the beginning it was quite evident he had no interest in getting to know the employees or even cared for them. He would only talk with the employees who would kiss up to him. He never gave anyone else the opportunity to share their ideas. The way he would avoid people was uncanny. The way employees were treated when the company moved to Texas was quite frankly, heartless. Not to mention the fact that the new leadership team is clueless in everything they do. They created a toxic work environment.

      It’s a job! If you want to move to Texas.

      Cons

      Management has no back bone and no respect for any of their employees. They have the worst chief people person I have ever seen. She is like a cancer. The men are all afraid to go against her because she is the owners neighbor. She has no class and her way of handling things is to ignore it and it will go away. Mainly meaning employees. Don’t believe a word that comes out of her mouth.
