Little to no training in the role, expected to pick up where someone else left off (very unorganised). Very poor managerial leadership, toxic environment with disgusting “banter”. Job descriptions inaccurate and end up getting you doing a load of stuff which is not in relation to your role. Staff turn over is exceptionally high. HR is non-existent with people getting away with whatever they please. Office is tatty, toilets are disgusting and the kitchen is never cleaned.

Management don't care about staff, just want to increase profits. No benefits. Toxic working atmosphere. Long working hours. High turnover of staff due to poor conditions.
