      They are completely disorganized and have no clear strategy or direction. Communication from the top is almost non-existent, and when they do speak, it’s full of empty promises.

      Cons

      There’s no accountability, and they blame their own employees or clients when things go wrong instead of addressing internal issues. The work environment is toxic, with constant mismanagement leading to frustrated teams and poor morale. They lack basic leadership skills and seem more focused on saving face than actually delivering results.
