Netaxis conducts the Full Stack Developer hiring process in three stages. First, they make you take an online written test that includes MCQs and coding questions to evaluate your fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, SQL, and problem-solving. After you clear the test, the technical panel interviews you and checks your understanding of full-stack development, your project knowledge, your ability to write and explain code, and your grip on concepts like APIs, databases, OOPs, and JavaScript logic. If you pass the technical round, the HR team holds the final interview, where they assess your communication skills, salary expectations, relocation flexibility, cultural fit, and joining availability. After this round, HR informs you of the final selection and next steps.
