Company with Growing Pains

Pros

Casual corporate culture, flexible schedules, Friday lunches, company events. Fair benefits and pay for the size of the company. Free parking. Nice co-workers. Good summer intern program for technical positions.

Cons

Growing pains. Rapid hiring. Managers promoted up that lack skills to manage or don't want to manage. Need for better defined corporate structure. No consistency throughout the organization. Start up vibe. Company feels unsettled and needs to mature.

Pros

NetNumber includes a large pool of very talented people. Sadly, upper management is not part of that.

Cons

Management often requires many employees to work longer hours and weekends to meet unrealistic deadlines. The quality team suffers from a near complete lack of automation. As the primary product offering continues to extend, the ability for the QA team to test the many facets of the product diminishes
