cant avoid work over time for the work pressure. for the competency of the market, every product is struggling for releasing the game and updates to attract more and more players, so the development lifecycle would not be too long, and the team members have to work under pressure.

1. Newbie cannot have the permission to view the in-house game engine's code. The in-house engines are easy to crash, but you cannot debug it because you have no code. 2. Even if you are an expert in Computer Graphics/Imaging, you have to write game-play logic using a script language for a long time (1 or 2 years) before you can have the permission to view and modify the game engine's code. Before that, you have no chance even to touch C++, you have to work only with Python all the days. 3. Serious work overtime, for mobile game projects, typically from 9:30am to 0:00am of the next day. Very bad work-life balance.
