      Pros

      Okay coworkers and free food on breaks

      Cons

      Management would never listen to employee concerns. Was only give five hours a week despite having signed a part time contract…. was never made aware of employee benefits such as annual or sick leave. I felt as though they took advantage of kids that had no work experience and didn’t know any better in terms of work rights.

      Include one meal for working more than 6 hours a day .

      Cons

      Worked in this company for few months in Hong Kong, the communication between the management, staff and the back office is poor. The manager told us to leave early during typhoon signal no8 and deduct my salary the next month .

      Good For a Short Term Job

      Pros

      -Free food if you work over 6h -Food is good -People are nice (for the most part) -Job is straightforward and simple -Higher Pay over the weekends and public holidays The management is super carefree and doesn’t care if you go on your phone or anything during work. On occasion, you can take food home (rarely).

      Cons

      -Mentally and physically draining -Horrible management -Mediocre pay -No employee discounts or benefits -Uniforms get dirty easily -No air con (In the summer it gets very hot and I would have gotten heat stroke if I hadn’t brought water with me) -Severely Understaffed -Huge amount of food waste (we can’t take any spare food home) Working hours are not always suitable for students. Management doesn’t care about employees wellbeing .
