Love to micromanage! Worst HR department ever - absolutely no support. Please google the previous discrimination that has taken place Male vs Female manager. Managers are rude and very unprofessional. 0 progression.

We all go out for drinks on a Friday! Good basic! Fun games! Your work mates.

Cons

They walk everyone that’s really any good be that management or not! The only way to get anywhere is to be a teachers pet! Get in with the right crowd and you might be ok. (If they like you) Do not care for employees life. ( they once made an issue when someone want to leave to see their dying grandmother) You’re treated like a child and almost have to ask to go to toilet. If you express an opinion be careful. If you get on the bad side of certain sales agents you end up being sacked.
