      1. Wow wednesday (snacks party on wednesday), they will deduct money from your salary for late & attendance and wiwillle provide samosa party. 2. they will make you productive even saturday. basically saturday is half means you can leave 6pm instead of 7pm. 3. You will be learn how work on huge pressure , they generally assign you a 5 devlopers taks to 1 devlopers. 5. They will make you multi-talented. if they don't have projects they will make an android developer to php or php to ruby or .net to php or may be .net to java developers. 6. if you don't know English properly , no problem you can be next pm ....

      Only helpful co workers, otherwise nothing to write down for pros.

      Cons

      Every single area is bad like worst management, worst work culture, worst environment, worst project handling, all new employees treated as labour. One of the most hilarious thing is Hr consultants only god knows what was the work they did till now.

      Good relation between senior and juniors..Seniors are very helpful..

      Cons

      No work life balance.No such Hr policy..Leave policy is worst..No carry forward option of leave..You can't take leave when u need. Management use slang languages to the developers. Only give hike when u give resignation.No medical benefits.No accidental insurance. Two Saturdays are working in a month.All decision taken care by management...Hr persons are show piece.
