Pros

They have a great reputation for the work they used to do. But none of the same quality is there anymore. Five years ago, working at NavigationArts meant something. Fortunately, a lot of people in DC are still impressed by the name brand. It looks good on a resume.

Cons

As an employee, you're either on a pedestal or on the dung heap. Once your halo wears off, you're as good as dead to the senior leadership. They'll demote you or fire you without a second thought. Most of the partner level employees will stab you in the back as soon as look at you. Expect to get nasty emails and even nasty phone calls (!) from the CEO on Sunday mornings. You're lucky GlassDoor doesn't allow us to name names. Sexual harassment by one of the partners... that is all.

Pros

Amazing client list and brings in very cool and complex work. I don't know if I've ever seen this many really smart people in one place. The work experience I've gained here has been well worth whatever challenges have come with it. I've learn new skills and gotten exposure to other disciplines. Overall its been a positive experience.

Cons

The company struggles with structure and consistency. There are often really challenging clients, tight deadlines, and a fast paced environment.

Pros

There are a lot of very smart people. Good people to work with for the most part.

Cons

They come from a UX background and they need to mature their tecnology process.
