Pros

Colleges are friendly other than that no pros

Cons

This was the worst company I have ever worked for in my entire career. I never want to work for a company like this again. The owner treats employees as if they are slaves, creating a toxic work environment. He expects us to deliver based solely on his thoughts without proper communication or direction. He never accepts his mistake and he makes lots of mistakes and blames the employee and he doesn’t have a stable mind. I think he has some mental illness. He yells at employees using abusive words. he If you want to join the company you will lose your mental health and will have to feel stress all the time. They hire people fire them and play with employees' life and dream. If the company wants to grow, the company needs to fire the company boss. Worst boss and worst company Please don’t play with employee's life and dream or else please don’t hire them.

Pros

Colleagues were good people. They were helpful but felt bad when somebody screams at them.

Cons

Boss doesn't know how to talk. He thinks employees are slaves. Jst hated while i worked there. Boss is the owner of the company. He can snap and scream anytime.

Pros

There were good people who worked here.

Cons

Everything was problematic except for my colleagues. Management consistently berated and belittled staff. Whenever management was upset, they would yell and scream at everyone. The main reason I saw people leave during my tenure was due to management's poor treatment of staff. I’ve never been so embarrassed to work for someone. Management would call or text at any hour and get angry if they weren’t responded to immediately. I sacrificed a lot of my personal time for work with no reward. The day I left was the happiest I’ve ever been. My honest advice to anyone considering applying here: don’t.
