Pros

Attendance bonus. Good work environment. Nice and friendly co workers! Well except for the hr coordinator Laura. Flexible hours.

Cons

Horrible salary and they keep adding more to your job description but NEVER raises salary. The director will keep telling the employees that he’s working on getting them a raise and after 2 years…still no raise….he feeds you hope just so you can stay. Schedule changes every month and first dibs goes to whoever makes more sales (this is good for those who are good at upselling which usually is just a few agents) Ohhh and if you’re not good at selling you’ll be stuck with the weekend schedule You HAVE to upsell on every call. HR (Laura) she needs to learn some interpersonal skills, she’s comes across as cold and careless….not the characteristics I’d want in an HR personnel…I don’t think she’s ever answered any questions or concerns that myself or any co workers have had…she’s like a robot and if you have any HR related inquiries and you go to her she will tell you she’ll get back to you (so she can go ask the director what to do) and she NEVER gets back. Not sure if she’s still there but be aware if like myself you like the company you work for to have an HR personnel you can feel comfortable going to you won’t get that with this company If you want to advance your career with the company you have to KISS the directors butt and even if you’re skill-full and are over qualified they will allow someone who is not qualified to advance because of favoritism

Pros

The coworkers. Mostly everyone there (while I was there) was really nice, and we probably got along so well because we all shared the common struggles that was rampant in this place.

Cons

Everything. Let's just say that every place has its bad management and office politics, but what happens here is unacceptable and happens so blatantly it's insulting. To go into detail would require many paragraphs. It's just unprofessional, unreasonable, abusive, and contains a lot of explicit favoritism.

Pros

Not many, all the good people left the company

Cons

STAY AWAY!!!! - This company is out of control and going down fast, everyone is leaving because of how CEO is acting and treating people. people are quiting and abandoning ship, long time leaders just up and quit, Colelctors quit, IT team quit and all because how they are treated by CEO and leadership. The Ceo just plain lies, and will tell you what you want to hear but it will never happen. The company is in shambles and all smoke and mirrors. They now do not have the people to run as they are jumping ship from the company. The CEO solution is to take a more active roll in day to day to run things. This is the exact opposite of what he should do because he does not know how to treat people with respect and has zero knowledge of the business and makes really bad decisions - leadership is trying to hide the full impact of the stafffing departures and the CEO actions from staff and customers, but when they can not deliver it will become clear - Stay far away - NCRI = lies, fake promises, bad pay, high attrition, repeated payroll screwups, and fundamental lack of respect towards employees striaght from the top. STAY AWAY!!!!!
