Has potential to be great, but leadership keeps dropping the ball
Pros
- Great benefits and PTO (unlimited) - Work life balance is attainable and highly encouraged - Exciting and revolutionary technology - Small team, lots of hands on experience - Talented group of engineers and scientists
Cons
- Morale is beyond low, most employees are completely burnt out and feel under appreciated - Employee engagement and reviews happen frequently, but little changes - Give out "promotions" and title changes without pay adjustments in hopes of improving morale - Misogyny and racial discrimination/biases are obvious, especially from leadership and those in higher positions - Marketing and sales team make it hard to develop products and tech as they do not conduct proper market analysis - they are always changing their minds on what costumers want - Constantly blame the economy for low sales, but marketing and sales team have done little to change their approach or tactics - its all outdated - CEO, C-suite, and VPs make employees well aware that they are replaceable, so do not voice any concerns to them directly. If you do, you are told you can go somewhere else
