The company has a strong P&C insurance product for a new insurance policy, reinsurance, and life insurance. The company has product and project teams which is responsible for development and product support.
Cons
1) Leadership team is biased, outdated, and out-skilled to match the current industry standard. 2) If you are tamilian then high chances of getting a promotion and good salary hikes to only near and dear ones. Every manager will be playing politics with each other like a web series "Game of Thrones". 3) The technical stack is outdated they still using 10 years old backend frameworks. 4) No appreciation from management even working more than 12 hours a day. 5) No allowances, no cabs, no project support allowances, no rewards. 6) No job security as the company running in losses. 7) Managers have settled for 15+ years in the company and never expect you can bring the changes. 8) HR is an individual body but controlled by the product and delivery tower head. 9) Their product is not fault-tolerant, not performance test qualified, not analyzed, since they rely on 100 % of open source platforms.
