Pros

Easy to commute if live in Sunderland. Nice open plan working space. Salary is a fair for Job. Have some great people on your team who will help you (ise). The manager is fair but firm and is one for facts and figures which I liked always knew were stood with her very professional and I found approachable.

Cons

Over promise and under delivery. A factor in me taken the job was the level of training I was offered which was definitely over hyped at best it was basic. I also found some of the senior members of staff to be bullying and Patronising who undermined both staff and management. You have little control over your sales/potentially sales and it can feel like a lead generation role. A lot of people on the review site have a issue with the manager in my opinion she is one of the few positive things that the company has but needs a hell of a lot more support from Ad's SoS and other staff if ISE will survive.

Pros

The people at NRS are some of the best I've ever met, great culture. Base salary is decent Convenient location Selling to markets around the world is great experience

Cons

Unreachable Targets (One ISE hit target during the year that I was there) So stay happy with your base. Many working hour changes Expect the world but give nothing in return Unreachable targets kill the morale of the office, hard to stay positive.

Pros

- Great atmosphere - everyone is friendly and fun to work with. I look forward to seeing my coworker's on a Monday - Amazing learning opportunity - company is constantly growing and with that, I feel like I learn something new every week - Your suggestions are heard! - NRS invites innovation and improvement - Lots of travel! You are constantly working with new people and visiting new places. - A great place to be challenged! Work will never feel mundane and no day is the same.

Cons

- Entry level salary is low - Travel can be a pro but can take away from personal life (travelling on a Sunday to get to work location for Monday AM)

Pros

A fantastic place to work. You get to travel and meet fantastic people. I started Jan 2015 as an ISE & became CRE in Aug 2015. Very supportive management from middle to senior management. If you put in the effort you get rewarded with fantastic bonus and a very good salary. I would definitely recommend working here.

Cons

I am struggling to answer this one as there are none at all as I am a happy employee and the fact I am hitting 1 year anniversary soon says it all. I am hoping to have many more.

Pros

- The people are the best part of the job... but that's changing, because it's a revolving door. - Training. When there is training that is. - Travel. If you're a top performer, then you'll have the opportunity to go to market to sell in person - If you're inexperienced, or are looking for a start, than this isn't a bad place to be... but if you have experience in media or sales, you won't last.

Cons

- The motto "Building the plane as they fly". Sounds like a recipe for a crash - Unattainable targets. Since the inception of the role in Jan 2015 in Canada, a revenue target was only hit by 3 people! NRS may tell you otherwise, but once you start asking your co workers who's making money, you'll see. - They're not looking for strong voices, nor do they want it in their office. Instead of listening to complaints, or constructive feedback. Your either on the bus or off the bus... or plane. - Media knowledge is being lost with staff turnover. Some good people have left. In approx 16 months, 32 ISE have departed. Hopefully on planes that are built.
