      Learn A to z of CRO.

      Cons

      Workload will be more. Same time everything should be ASAP. There is no tracking system .one Who works more , he will get more work, pressure ... . Passing interview is easy . Only verifying number of years of Experience (0% Knowledge is also fine) .

      A lot of resourcing goes into staff training (internal) and ongoing education.

      Cons

      Promotions are very metric-driven and they aren't shy about pushing you to take on more work than you can handle (which then negatively affects metrics). Salary could be improved.
