Hours were long BUT I was able to determine my paycheck. The amount of hours I put in reciprocated in my earnings.
The company was fun. I thoroughly enjoyed the people I worked with. Our nights out were a pretty good time too.
The CEO has been in business for quite some time and I really enjoyed learning from her experiences.
Cons
The hours are long, so expect that. If you're looking for an easy 9-5, this isn't the job for you. However, growth is there and you determine your own pay by what you put in. The people complaining are ones that clearly weren't cut out for a job that requires dedication.

Cons

- Don’t try it if you aren’t willing to put in the work. It won’t be easy but could be worth it if you get promoted.
