Managers understand both the industry and the needs of employees Managers provide clear guidance on training requirements and dates Managers are easy to deal with and solve problems effectively Colleagues are easy to work with and will share best practices Most NaTech employees (not all) take a lot of pride in what they do Very good benefits for a part time job
Cons
Pay is non-negotiable (it is specified in the contract documents) so you won't get a raise for superior performance.
