Very simple interview with main contracting client. A phone screen followed by the interview. Fairly simple questions regarding my experience in GIS and why I was leaving my previous employer.
The process took 4 days. I interviewed at NATECH in Jan 2024
Interview
I was contacted via email to set up an interview on the same day I applied. Unfortunately, I had already accepted a remote role and was not interested in this one as it required me to be on-site. The problem is that NATECH is using Paylocity as an HR communication portal which appears to not be working as intended. When I replied to the Paylocity email address, as well as another recruiter from their team who reached out via Paylocity regarding the same role, neither of them replied. A few days later, I was contacted by phone by one of the recruiters who indicated they did not receive my response to their request for an interview. I told them I was not interested and that I had already replied. When I told them of the potential issue with their communication portal based on my multiple emails to them, they seemed unaware and indicated that it was working for others, I stressed that I had sent a total of three emails to the same email address they used to contact me and that they should look into the issue as it is likely impacting other candidates as well.
