      Great place for a career in the software industry

      Pros

      Whether you work in sales, engineering, etc, N2WS is a great place to work at to advance your career and build and improve new skills. Having worked at a Fortune 500 prior to starting here, I'm not just lost in the crowd and forgotten about; achievements get recognized, guidance is offered when needed, and the team is actually there to support and lift each other up.

      Cons

      The snacks can be dangerous if you're on a diet! Seriously though, if you prefer to be just a number and treated as such, then this is not the place for you.

      Incompetent leadership, lagging product, high toxicity

      Pros

      A number of employees were pleasant but the good ones either quit or were laid off

      Cons

      Leadership has no vision for the future Product hasnt had innovation in 7 years Company is not competitive with market needs Highly toxic environment, stemming from top & middle management Top management just wants to sell company, doesnt care about real success

      Amazing place to work, everyone cares about each other and the product.

      Cons

      Work life balance is entierly up to the worker, if you dont know how to seperate them yourself responsabliy, you will end up working more.
