      toxic environment, exhausted shifts, unpaid overtime hours

      Pros

      - they are paying on time and I think that’s the only good thing at this company

      Cons

      - no days off (unacceptable) - a lot of events (so that means extra shifts without extra payment) - unpaid overtime hours - toxic environment to death - unskilled staff - they do not train their staff properly - work life balance a lot of pressure especially from the management at the f&b section - you ought to fix and develop the living conditions too!

      One of the most known companies in Mykonos with high end visitors.

      As all the hotels are only in Mykonos there aren’t many career opportunities during winter
