The company is working on a great product that would ultimately help the community in staying connected with their physicians and loved ones. It is a place where one can learn new set of skills, starting from textile to firmware, hardware, software and data science. The company gave me the opportunity to collaborate and work with many amazing leaders and colleagues. The company takes good care of the employees and is always ready to listen to and address any of employees' concerns.
Cons
Sometimes there can be multiple projects to work on and managing the time efficiently becomes a challenge. However, the company, with the help of great leaders has been working tirelessly to allocate the tasks and keep track of the work load to keep the employees' time manageable.

Leadership needs to spend more time on design process. It seems the CEO want more to be in the media rather than focusing on the end result.

The CEO doesn't have a good vision of product. The product have been under R&D for more than 7 years. There are parallel teams working on the same technology and still no product in the market.
