Pros
People are very nice and friendly. The working hours is pretty flexible. Very chill work place.
Cons
You will be working with legacy code and legacy technology. You will most likely be doing the same thing for a long time and you will not get anymore learning experience after ~4-5 months. When you work here, you will be working with MyVest's technology which is not worth mentioning about on your resume. This company is 'afraid' of trying out new technology; they tend to stay with what they have and patch their codes along the way. There is no transfer of knowledge and people do not write documentations. There are only 1-2 people who know how to run certain tasks and it has stayed that way for a very long time. This company is very stingy about spending money on its engineers (computers, food,books, training, etc).
