      Pros

      It's a cool office, nice people, fun perks. Great culture.

      Cons

      The company is struggling. The CEO keeps a tight reign on everything to the point of dysfunction. There are some real issues here involving unethical processes. I get the feeling it's only a matter of time before we get sued to the point of bankruptcy.

      Low pay - company wide layoffs - no severance

      Pros

      The people and teams are great here. The teams work well together and really look out for one other. Free bagels one day a week and free lunches two days a week.

      Cons

      The CEO is always micromanaging to the point where the company suffers. They underpay the people who work the hardest and overpay those who sit around or don't come to work. They do company wide layoffs without notice and no severance when money gets tight. They don't respect there workers.

      Pros

      Great view from the spacious and expensive office. Some really nice people, but a lot of them are gone. Free food and beverages.

      Cons

      Excessive layoffs without severance, job security issues, little room for growth, money problems. The company doesn't have a very good reputation, either.
