Pros
Lots of flexibility and no one breathing down my neck. Great crew of people that were friendly and fun to work along side.
Cons
Very inconsistent in what they were selling. Often over promising and under delivering, making it very difficult to be a sales rep. There was also zero training, a very sink or swim approach to sales. And when I did finally have an account there was very little support to help set up or run the account.
