      This company has no pros. Reaching - maybe the location is good.

      Cons

      The environment is verbally abusive at times. You will get blamed for things that you never were trained for. Management will create big mistakes and look for others call to take the fall.

      The only pros would be if you're lucky to work with other good people and tutors, and to somewhat help kids.

      Cons

      The owner is aggressive and abrasive. You are never sure which mood she is going to be in, and how it will affect your whole work day. She lies a lot, and doesn't run the business well. She will constantly change your hours and pay. She bullies her staff, customers, and volunteers. This is not a reliable place of employment. There is no benefits what-so-ever.
