      Great people to work with, in general a very collaborative environment

      Cons

      Ridiculously low pay. The company prefers to invest in hiring developers offshore, reason why they do not care about paying competitive salaries to the ones based in the UK. Poor micro-management by some of the team leders.

      Mostly working from home but generally hybrid role

      Cons

      Business and Product team change requirement very 5 minutes and use devs as scape goats when anything goes wrong, company that doesn't know what direction their going in and tries to appear like they do.
