Pros

If you are currently in an org where you occasionally find yourself running out of work and do not like that, this is the place to be.

Cons

If you have any regard for work-life balance, this is not the place for you. The company is build around the expectation that all employees are willing to give their 150% and this results in constant unrealistic deadlines and the employees working in evenings, weekends and holidays. Employees are scattered around different time zones. How is that handled? Well, by expecting everyone to be available at all times. A colleague from a different time zone needs something urgently and it is not your working time? Tough luck, you will be tagged in the chat and expected to respond and if that does not work, you might get a phone call. As could be expected, this leads to extreme burnout with a lot of people, but do not expect your managers to be interested in that. All that you get will be statements such as that everyone is in the same boat and shrugging off your concerns. You will be expected to continue working in this fashion and your complaints will fall on deaf ears.

Pros

A tech start up with a good technology.

Cons

A company that can’t live to its core competencies. First one is transparency: company can’t do payroll correctly for being a payroll company. Company isn’t transparent on guidelines: changed quotas on last day of month or made quota unattainable for team by setting unrealistic goals. Most of team didn’t know there was a 60% quota attainment and realized they weren’t getting paid commissions. Changed quotas 3 times in 3 months. Sales leadership thinks hey let’s hire more, means more revenue in company but reality is they are scaling too fast and aren’t able to coach their current teams and train properly. No guidance. No help. No on going coaching. Don’t be fooled by this company they portray they are this nice and shiny company, really they are fake and made of plastic. If you are trying to get into sales here, get ready for 90% of your teams to not meet quota while they keep hiring more and not coaching there current employees to succeed. It’s a reflection of the company, not their employees if 90% of their employees fail to meet quota. They failed their employees! This is what happens when you grow too fast and think each rep brings in X amount of revenue. They are not a good company for on going coaching, help on phone calls, emails, and cadences. No processes set up and everyone doing whatever they think works. No structure. No guidance. If you like this multiplier is for you! Work here if you want to be treated as a number and not a real person!
