The people you work with are nice
Cons
No trust in his employees and has no value for them. He would tell me they are dumb don’t and all replaceable. Every one is under payed Steve the owner acts like a 12 year old. when he took over the company the first thing he did was take away all benifits from everyone. Not a vary well liked guy suppliers, customers and even his kids don’t like him
