MultiSafepay may seem as a great company to work on paper, but there are several things embedded in its DNA that can not be changed. Having worked there for 3 years myself, there are several elements which stood out the most:
The company boasts "innovation" as a main proposition to its customers. but it absolutely fails to develop innovative products. As example:
- Complete old school waterfall software development
- Zero experimentation culture (Management probably thinks Lean is the latest fad diet)
- Try to keep status quo as is, and only puts resources in Sales and "putting out fires"
- Tyrant CEO who runs the company by his sudden whims, depending on what mood he has that day. Furthermore, he has no idea what his customers value, and just does as he sees fit which results in customers switching to alternative products and competitors.
During the years i have worked here, I have seen an unprecedented staff turnover (I have seen the whole product team leave within 3 months. One after the other, as they were completely fed up) Please beware when you apply here.
