      Pros

      There are some good leaders, and people generally care about the patients.

      Cons

      Everyone is asked to do more with less. There is a sense of fear in the culture at Multicare - to the point where good employees want to fly under the radar instead of trying to do anything worthwhile.

      Pros

      Work environment was excellent, had very supportive management and coworkers! Always had a helping hand near by if needed and felt like I could rely on my coworkers.

      Cons

      Building I worked in needed some work done but overall not horrible.

      Pros

      Great benefits, decent hourly pay and shift differentials (you could make more elsewhere but the benefits are worth it), good staff to patient ratios even for CNA, great environmental services team so really clean, opportunities for overtime, many good learning opportunities for those CNAs interested in advancing in the industry.

      Cons

      Management tends to micromanage too much. The drug test also tests for nicotine and they have a strict no smoking policy for employees (thought some still do and have been grandfathered in). They keep going back and forth between being strict and lax on their tattoo/piercing/haircolor dress code policies and it was really annoying every time they would try to revert back to the 20 year old dress code policy.
