MultiCare Health System interview questions

I had a teams interview with the executives in their office and they wanted to know how I used SOPs at work and I told them we didn't use them where I worked, and were shocked to learn that, and I never got a call back and now I am pratically banned from interviewing. I never hear back for any role, even though I am more than qualified for any of their support roles. :(

First there was a phone call screening interview, then a group interview in person with multiple supervisors. They asked a lot of standard interview questions and the whole process took about 45 minutes.
