Very small company, don't even have even 45 employees .

Salary after getting permanent , higher management is easily approachable as company is very small.

Cons

The concept of not paying your employee anything at the end of each month in his training period is way beyond the bottom line in corporate world ... You cannot ask the employee to work for 6 months without crediting a single rupee to his account meanwhile. No laptop provided by the company in wfh .

The only investment is for employee salaries. Internet Sucks Developer System Sucks (atleast for freshers) Coffee machine sucks AC sucks Chair Sucks All parties are employee funded. No appreciation for good work.

Pros

Good learning curve if you are a fresher or early in your career. Conducive environment. Peers are helpful. No politics. You always have code to write working as a software engineer. Easy to approach management. Work-life balance is maintainable.

Cons

Office infrastructure is good, engineers should at least get good computers. No perks. Less pay. Opportunities only in the networking field, so might not be a good option for people who want to work as a web developer. Less carrer growth.
