Good in terms of flexibility and bad in terms of salary and other employee benefits
Pros
1. Flexible Timing to start the shift, if you are very running late , just text the VP that you will be late he is the most understanding person in whole office . 2. Base Salary for tester is 5LPA and Dev is 7LPA ,and for internship is 25k for both which can be nice start. 3.Recently Complete WFH has been implemented so whats better than WFH 4. Seniors are Helpful 5. Since there are less people so you will have a lot to work to and you can learn a lot of things
Cons
1. Does not organizes any trips of Fun Fridays , or any festival celebration ,No gifts any time 2. The Director is really nosy, she would point you and take out unnecessarily. 3. Can sometimes ask you to work on Weekends without additional benefits 4. Can layoff you anytime , can delay your increment and Bonus as per their budget
