Pros

Made me more confident in campaign coordination and digital advertising support. Also gaining experience in search, native, contextual, video, and display advertising. Interesting work, with different clients and projects. Good communication among coworkers, which is especially helpful during busy periods.

Cons

A lot to learn when you start

Pros

There's exposure to different types of analytical tasks, so the work is rarely repetitive. The people are supportive and patient; if you need something explained, you'll always find a colleague happy to do it. I also like that managers aren't constantly checking every small detail, so you can get on with your work without unnecessary interruptions. Communication across teams is quite good, which helps things move on schedule. The pay and benefits are decent, and the environment is professional without feeling stuffy.

Cons

Some meetings aren't really necessary; an email would have done the job.

Pros

Coworkers are kind, understanding, helpful and believe in the mission

Cons

Management across team insist on cultivating a toxic work environment that discourages collaboration and communication without judgment and ensures that there is no growth/promotion opportunities to anyone but themselves.
